Every gymnast needs appropriate equipment to ensure comfort, safety, and the possibility for effective training. Upon enrollment or depending on the stage of preparation, each coach will inform you about the necessary equipment.
Gymnastics hairstyle:
The bun is an important part, both for training and during competitions. Gymnasts' buns must be precisely made to withstand the daily and competitive process.

Stretching cushions and tennis balls
The universal soft training cushion provides maximum comfort during stretching, while protecting children's feet. Tennis balls help develop coordination and body awareness in children.
Foot stretch bands and stretching band
They serve to improve the flexibility of the foot arches and strengthen the feet. Stretching bands help gymnasts strengthen specific muscle groups. They gently strengthen and relax muscles without causing injuries.
Yoga blocks
Gymnasts use yoga blocks during the preparatory, main, and concluding parts of each training session. They help with the correct execution of some exercises from GPP (General Physical Preparation), for stretching, as well as for relaxation exercises at the end of the training process.
Important Gymnastics Apparatus
Gymnastics apparatus are an important part of training. Initially, they are used to develop flexibility, coordination, and balance, and over time, more complex exercises are incorporated. The apparatus support the development of various physical qualities – the ball for balance and weight, the rope for explosive power, and the clubs, hoop, and ribbon for coordination.

Hand and ankle weights
Hand and ankle weights are easy and comfortable for children to use, as they have adhesive closures and do not harm the skin. They are used in the training process for various exercises to develop physical qualities (agility, strength, speed, flexibility, endurance). The weight of the weights is determined by each coach, who adjusts them according to the age and level of their gymnasts.
